What we keep about you, why, who sees it and how to change or delete it.
Demo site: no real data is collected. Bookings made here are test bookings.
When you buy tickets
We keep your name, email and mobile phone, what you bought and how you paid. Card numbers never reach us: the payment provider of the organizer (Stripe, PayPal, Mercado Pago…) handles them.
Your email receives your passes and receipts. Your phone is used only for this order: the organizer may call or text you about changes, cancellations or your table. We never sell your data.
Promotions: only if you say yes
At checkout there is a separate, unchecked box to receive news and offers from the organizer. We keep the date you ticked it. Without it, nobody may send you promotions. You can unsubscribe from any message, or ask us to remove the consent.
Who sees your data
The organizer of the event you bought for sees your name, email, phone and passes, to let you in and to reach you. Our payment, email and hosting providers process it on our behalf. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
Organizers
We keep the account details, the phone and the membership charges. The card is kept by the payment provider; we only see its brand and last four digits. To give each organizer one free trial, we keep a one-way code (a keyed hash) of the card, email, phone, browser and network address used: it cannot be turned back into the data, and it is kept after the account is deleted only for this purpose.
Cookies
Only the ones the site needs: your session, your language, your cart and, for organizers, a random browser id that stops repeated free trials. No advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Orders, for as long as the law requires invoices to be kept. Your account, until you delete it. Security records, a limited time.
Your rights
From your account you can see, correct, download and delete your data. You can also write to us to ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy, or to object to any use. We answer within 30 days.
Security
Passwords are stored with Argon2id, secrets are encrypted, and every connection uses HTTPS. Staff access is limited by role and recorded.
